How long do I have to return the item?
You have 30 days to return upon receiving the item. No return will be accepted after this period.
How about the return shipping cost?
If the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item), we'll pay for the return costs. In all other cases, we will simply deduct the return shipping costs from your refund amount.
I want to return the item, what should I do?
- We are sorry that you don't like your purchase, let us know if there are anything we can do to resolve the issue.
- Please contact us with your order number and some details about the product that you would like to return. We'll send you the instructions on how to ship it back to us. Note that we only accept return of the item intact with original packaging and invoice.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund provided that it meets the requirements (items in original condition, with original packaging and invoice, and you notify us within 30 days of receiving the item).
- You can expect to receive your refund within 30 days. This time period includes the return shipping time (3-15 days), the time for us to process the return and refund (2-4 days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 days)
